Reiki For People & Animals

Reiki is a spiritual healing art originating out of Japan. The word Reiki comes from the Japanese word (Rei) which means “Universal Life” and (Ki) which means “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any particular religion or religious practice. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work.

Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or energy should be strong and free flowing. When this is true a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.

It is a gentle “laying of hands” or “floating hands” technique that promotes deep states of relaxation and can help relieve stress and support mental health. It can clear blockages in the chakras, meridians, aura and more. Reiki is a complementary therapy that works wonderfully for people and animals alongside professional medical and/or veterinary treatments to support the body’s innate ability to heal itself. With regular sessions, one’s energetic immunity and ability to heal are all improved.

Reiki with Animal Communication

Reiki paired with Animal Communication is an excellent way to help your pet thrive as well as address any behavioral issues, support recovery from injury/illness, support healing from animal abuse and is wonderful at helping newly re-homed animals relax, adjust and feel safe. Animals are incredibly sensitive to the emotional/physical states of their guardians and can even take on their emotions and ailments. Your pet(s) can benefit from the energetic support and being able to communicate and express their needs to you! Most importantly, these sessions help deepen your relationship and understanding of each other as well as promoting harmony within the home.

*In-home visits for your animal family or farm visits for herd work are available for those residing within 30 miles of Studio City. These are by request only. What to expect during a session?

For People:

These Reiki sessions typically help ease tension and stress as well as promoting the body’s innate healing abilities – physical, mental, and emotional. Reiki energy will always flow where it is needed most and for your highest good. Most clients report feeling deep relaxation. Some even fall asleep or feel heat, tingles, rushes of energy flowing through the body, emotional release and even seeing colors. Some clients report feeling euphoric for a few days after their sessions, an overall improvement in mental well-being and better stress management. Many also receive intuitive hits or guidance during or shortly after the session. It is recommended to avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before session. Following your session, aftercare includes drinking plenty of water, eating fresh healthy food, getting plenty of rest and even giving yourself some downtime and space if you experience emotional release.

For Animals:

Many Animals may fall asleep during there session. They may just cuddle up next to you or even wander around. Animals are MUCH more energetically in-tune than us humans and they will receive as much Reiki as they wish to during the session. Clients have reported their pets sleeping better after their session, a relief of some physical discomforts as well as being more calm, relaxed and easy-going in the days following a session.

A note on remote sessions:

Distance energy work offers the comfort of relaxing in your own safe space. Often times deeper work can happen in these sessions as clients tend to feel more at ease and don’t have the stress of driving afterwards! And as for your cherished animal family, being at home in a familiar place where they are comfortable supports the highest possible healing for them.

If we are meeting in person, you choose whether you prefer a hands-on or floating hands treatment. Crystals and Shamanic sound healing with the add-on option of custom aromatherapy are incorporated to enhance your session for a more comprehensive experience.

All sessions close with a review of session notes and any intuitive information that came through during the session as well as post-session after care and any action steps moving forward. For our animal clients we also send a post-session email reviewing crystals used and detailing any potential action steps.

Supreme Healing with The Royal Reiki Rose

This extended 100 minute in-person session is well-suited for those in trauma recovery, or for anyone seeking supreme safety, grief support, nurturing or “luxury for the soul.” Intended to bring gentle, yet powerful transformation and restoration for your energy body working with the highest frequency flower: Rose. Includes Rose plant medicine with Rose Tea Ceremony & Rose Oil Anointing Ritual, Meditation, Reiki, Divine Feminine support, and gentle sound healing.

The cards act as a road map for Abigail who also channels messages from your Higher Self and Spirit to bring you clarity about your past, present, future and relationships by tapping into the wisdom of Spirit and the archetypal energies of Gods and Goddesses. As your needs in a reading are specific to you, Abigail, if called, will work with multiple decks to bring additional clarity and confirmation.

Art Alchemy Workshops

Abigail is also the creator of Art Alchemy workshops. These workshops incorporate guided meditation and movement before participants engage in creating their own frequency shifting art. The focus is getting out of our heads, away from perfection and instead practicing art as a form of medicine for the soul and a way to to transmute trauma, grief and emotional pain. Working with color and how the feeling/movement of the brush participants enter an exploration and expression of the subconscious.
